Shipping policy

Australian orders

All orders placed for Australian delivery are eligible for standard or express shipping. Prices and free shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout and subject to change.

Orders for delivery within Australia will be sent via Australia Post.

Where applicable, collection may be available at our pop-up store at local markets, pending product availability.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

During sales or promotional periods, some slight dispatch delays may be experienced - your patience is appreciated!

International Shipping

International shipping to other countries is available via Whatsapp. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched on the same or next business day, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Dispatch timing is dependent on the time you place your order, relative to Perth time.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, seasonal sales and holiday periods (including public holidays).
